Our standard delivery time is **7 to 14 business days** across Australia.  
We process orders within 1–2 business days.

Yes! We offer **FREE shipping for the first 48 hours** after launch.  
After that, standard shipping is **6.90 AUD per order**.

**📍 Where do you ship from?**  
We ship directly from our international warehouse, using trusted partners (CJPacket and others). You’ll receive a tracking number by email.

**🔁 Do you accept returns?**  
Yes – we accept returns within **14 days of delivery** if the item is damaged, defective or significantly different from the description.
